7 Secrets of Healthy Eating

  1. Eat only when you are physically hungry. Learn how to listen and to understand what your body tries to tell you.
  2. Establish eating regimen – eat at certain times during the day every day. If you use intermittent fasting or even doing OMAD (One Meal A Day), keep your meal time(s) possibly the same every day.
  3. Eat and drink slowly and and enjoy every bite and every sip. Never overfull yourself - the sence of fullness always comes with delay, usually 30+ min after you stop eating.
  4. Always prefer healthy foods to the junk fast food. Have a positive attitude towards food - food is a fuel and a building blocks for your mind and body.
